    Program Educational Objectives - 1 To provide students with the knowledge of Basic Sciences in general and Electrical and electronics Engineering in particular so as to acquire the necessary skills for analysis and synthesis of problems in generation, transmission and distribution..
    Program Educational Objectives – 2 To provide technical knowledge and skills to identify, comprehend and solve complex tasks in industry and research and inspire the students to become future researchers / scientists with innovative ideas.
    Program Educational Objectives – 3 To prepare the students for successful employment in various Industrial and Government organizations, both at the National and International level, with professional competence and ethical administrative acumen so as to handle critical situations and meet deadlines.
    Program Educational Objectives – 4 To train the students in basic human and technical communication skills so that they may be good team-members, leaders and responsible citizen With a view to challenge ourselves and to nurture diverse capabilities for professional and intellectual growth for our graduates it is important for the department to define departmental objectives in generalized and broad format.     Engineering Knowledge: Apply the knowledge of mathematics, science, engineering fundamentals, and an engineering specialization to the solution of complex engineering problems
    Problem Analysis: Identify, formulate, review research literature, and analyze complex engineering problems reaching substantiated conclusions using first principles of mathematics, natural sciences, and engineering sciences.
    Development of Solutions: Design solutions for complex engineering problems and design system components or processes that meet the specified needs with appropriate consideration for the public health and safety, and the cultural, societal, and environmental considerations
    Conduct Investigations of Complex Problems: Use research-based knowledge and research methods including design of experiments, analysis and interpretation of data, and synthesis of the information to provide valid conclusions.
    Modern Tool Usage: Create, select, and apply appropriate techniques, resources, and modern engineering and IT tools including prediction and modeling to complex engineering activities with an understanding of the limitations
    The Engineer and Society: Apply reasoning informed by the contextual knowledge to assess societal, health, safety, legal and cultural issues and the consequent responsibilities relevant to the professional engineering practice
    Environment and sustainability: Understand the impact of the professional engineering solutions in societal and environmental contexts, and demonstrate the knowledge of, and need for sustainable development.
    Ethics: Apply ethical principles and commit to professional ethics and responsibilities and norms of the engineering practice.

    Welcome to the department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Vaageswari College of Engineering, Karimnagar, Telangana. The department works with the objective of addressing critical challenges faced by the Industry, society and the academia. Perhaps even more important is our unceasing commitment to our students, helping them to learn, grow, develop, and achieve their goals in their pursuit to excel in their professional career.

    Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering is one of the largest department in Vaageswari College of Engineering with nearly 18 faculty members and more than 500 undergraduate and master’s students. The department’s graduate programs continue to draw from a very strong application pool. The department was established in the year 2005 and since its inception the department has evolved from offering only undergraduate courses to offer post graduate in key areas of electrical and Electronic engineering.
